Introduction

Owzan Company was established in 1969 and joined the Social Security Organization in 1985. In 2002, the company was upgraded by obtaining a license to import single and emergency drugs from the Ministry of Health to import and supply rare drugs and eliminate shortages. In 2009, the Martyr Dr. Faghihi Factory (established in 1987 and a manufacturer of dental amalgam) was merged with Owzan Company, and now this factory, which is the largest amalgam production line in the Middle East, is managed by Owzan Company. Owzan Company has always been one of the leading companies in the field of medical equipment in the country. The company has been able to operate in two areas of trade and sales of medical and dental equipment in 2013 to more than dozens of areas of activity such as API import, intermediate and pharmaceutical final products, laboratory equipment and new product development in 2021.
