We would like to invite your company to participate in our tender for the supply of EMS Ambulances.
The required technical specifications and requirements are provided in the attached document. Kindly review the attached specifications carefully and provide your quotation based on full compliance with all stated requirements.
1. Products and Quantities
• EMS Ambulance – TOYOTA HIACE 3500 cc: 150 units
• EMS Ambulance – TOYOTA HIACE 2700 cc: 150 units
• EMS Ambulance – TOYOTA Land Cruiser Hard Top, Extended Roof: 50 units
Note: Please provide three separate PFIs, one for each product.
For each item, please provide separate prices for:
1. The base vehicle, without ambulance conversion and medical equipment; and
2. The fully converted and equipped EMS Ambulance, in accordance with the attached technical specifications.
2. Technical Specifications
As per the attached technical specifications and requirements.
The proposed ambulances shall fully comply with the applicable requirements of Iranian Standard IRSI 4374, as well as all other applicable Iranian standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Delivery Terms
Incoterm: CPT Tehran, Iran
Please provide the freight charges separately, including:
• Road transportation to Tehran, Iran
4. Validity of Quotation
The quotation shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the quotation submission deadline.
5. Payment Terms
Credit sales terms shall be considered an advantage in the commercial evaluation of the tender.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Please specify the estimated delivery schedule for the complete quantity, including the proposed delivery schedule for each batch, if applicable.
7. After-Sales Services & Spare Parts
The Supplier shall be responsible for providing after-sales services, maintenance and technical support for the supplied ambulances for a minimum period of 10 (ten) years from the date of delivery.
The Supplier shall ensure the availability and supply of genuine/OEM or manufacturer-approved spare parts throughout this period.
The Supplier shall also provide all applicable mandatory standards, certificates, approvals and technical documentation required by the relevant Iranian authorities for the base vehicle, ambulance conversion and installed medical equipment.
Detailed terms and conditions regarding warranty, preventive and corrective maintenance, service response time, spare parts supply, technical support and applicable standards and certifications shall be defined in the final contract.
8. Required Documents
Please provide the following documents along with your quotation:
• Proforma Invoice (PFI)
• Technical Specifications / Datasheets
• Relevant Quality and Compliance Certificates
• Any other documents required to demonstrate compliance with the attached technical specifications and applicable Iranian regulations
Please ensure that the proposed ambulances fully comply with all technical specifications and requirements stated in the attached document, including the applicable requirements of Iranian Standard IRSI 4374.
