Owzan Company intends to procure and import the following pharmaceutical
products:
Products:
- Isoniazid Scored Tablet Oral 100 mg
Quantity: 320,000 pcs
- Isoniazid Scored Tablet Oral 300
mg
Quantity: 3,600 pcs
Qualified pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers are hereby invited
to submit their proposals based on CPT/CFR Incoterms no later than March
07, 2026 (16 Esfand 1404) via email to:

Required Specifications:
- Products: Isoniazid Tablet Oral
100 mg and 300 mg (Scored Tablet)
- Mandatory Documents: Certificate
of Analysis (COA) for each batch
- Quality Standards: Full
compliance with GMP, WHO standards, and the requirements of the Iran Food
and Drug Administration (IFDA)
Owzan Company Payment Terms:
- Upon arrival of the goods,
completion of customs clearance, and approval by the reference laboratory,
currency allocation will be secured within 3 weeks.
- Delivery Time: Within two (2)
months after purchase confirmation.
Required Documents with Proposal:
- Detailed Proforma Invoice
including:
- Unit price
- Total price
- Payment terms
- Delivery schedule
- Incoterms
- Full product specifications
- Written commitment confirming
compliance with all Iranian pharmaceutical import regulations
Evaluation and Guarantees:

to review, accept, or reject any proposal and is not obligated to accept
the lowest-priced offer.
- Priority will be given to
proposals offering the best combination of quality, price, delivery time,
and payment terms.
